TARGETED.ARMY Introduces Project Puppet as a Dedicated Community Information Resource

The original Project Puppet page went live on August 9, 2026, providing a central place to read the community's framework and access supporting materials.

Project PuppetCampaign Archive

TARGETED.ARMY introduced its dedicated Project Puppet information page on August 9, 2026, establishing a central resource for the community's account of reported monitoring, influence and interference. The original publication made the supplied article, illustrations and downloadable materials available through the site's Project Puppet route.

The resource was designed to give readers a coherent starting point for understanding the terminology and framework used by contributors. It also gave journalists and other interested readers a specific publication to examine and discuss.

A Central Place for the Community's Account

The initial release included the full article and companion imagery, with document downloads for readers who wanted to review the material offline. A same-day update organized the material into an overview and focused sections while preserving the original content.

Project Puppet is a community framework. Its descriptions reflect contributors' experiences and interpretations, and should be attributed as such. Publication of the page does not establish that its proposed mechanisms have been demonstrated or independently verified.

Documentation, Dignity and Inquiry

Giving community accounts a clear location can help readers identify the claims being made and the questions that would need investigation. Respectful attention to reported experiences and careful evaluation of technical explanations serve different, complementary purposes.

The Cognitive Freedom mission connects that work to broader questions of mental privacy, autonomy and informed consent. People should be able to describe concerns and seek appropriate assistance, while public conclusions remain tied to evidence.

The original August publication was later expanded into a multimedia collection on September 28. Readers can visit the current Project Puppet library and read the separate expansion announcement.
