TARGETED.ARMY expanded its Project Puppet collection on September 28, 2026, bringing together 56 articles, 56 videos and 112 new visuals. The release gives readers several ways to explore the community's questions, interpretations and reported experiences through a single learning library.

The expansion builds on the original Project Puppet page introduced in August. Visitors can move from an overview into individual subjects, read the associated article, watch an explainer or examine a diagram. Search and category filters make the collection easier to navigate, including on phones and tablets.

More Ways to Access the Material

The collection retains the original short answers alongside the longer articles. Videos include embedded captions, with downloadable transcripts available for readers who prefer text or need a reference while reviewing the material. Original posters are preserved alongside the new article artwork and diagrams.

The publication brings together material that had previously existed across separate formats. Its practical purpose is to make the community's account easier to examine, discuss and reference, without requiring every visitor to use the same medium.

Community Perspectives and Independent Inquiry

Project Puppet presents the TARGETED.ARMY community's framework and perspectives. The mechanisms described and the conceptual illustrations are not established scientific findings. Journalists and researchers should distinguish what contributors report, how they interpret those experiences, and what independent evidence can substantiate.

Making those distinctions supports serious attention to reported harm while preserving a clear standard for investigation. The wider Cognitive Freedom mission is to advance mental privacy, informed consent and accountability as technology develops, and to keep human dignity central when people raise concerns.

The expanded library is available at TARGETED.ARMY/puppet. Journalists may contact Cognitive Freedom Coalition for background on the collection, its history and the relationship between community documentation and independent research.
