TARGETED.ARMY Activates Missions to Support Community Awareness Campaigns

The Missions program connects members with campaign materials, posting plans and email reminders to support organized public education.

TARGETED.ARMY activated its Missions email program on September 26, 2026, adding a practical way for members to take part in public-awareness campaigns. The program brings campaign materials, posting plans and reminders into a coordinated member experience, with the initial posting schedule set to begin September 28.

Missions is designed to help participants turn an interest in Cognitive Freedom into manageable, recurring actions. Members receive campaign content they can review and share themselves, with a way to record where they have posted it.

Connecting Materials with Participation

The program draws on TARGETED.ARMY's campaign collection, including educational images and videos. Members can access material through the War member area and use it in their own outreach. The campaign system varies selections across available campaigns and avoids repeatedly presenting the same material when alternatives are available.

Email reminders provide a connection between a member's posting plan and the material selected for that activity. The initial program used a Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule, with one campaign item per reminder.

Public Education Through Member Action

The purpose of Missions is to make participation more accessible and consistent. A member can review a specific item, decide where it is appropriate to share, and record the completed action. Members make the posts themselves.

Campaign participation is one part of the Coalition's broader work to advance understanding of freedom of thought, mental privacy and Cognitive Autonomy. Educational materials and community accounts still require appropriate context, and publication or sharing does not itself validate a technical claim.

Members can find the program in TARGETED.ARMY Missions, which requires member access. Journalists interested in the program's purpose, campaign materials or development may request background from Cognitive Freedom Coalition.
