Experiences You Connect to Frequency
You associate what you are experiencing with frequency-based effects, directed energy, or other outside interference with your thoughts, senses, or body.
If you feel you have been affected by a frequency experiment you never agreed to, you are welcome to tell us about it. NFII is inviting adults from around the world to share their experiences and register interest in in-person research.

Your account. Your words. A starting point for investigation.
You may describe yourself as a targeted individual. You may believe you were selected at random, chosen for reasons you cannot explain, or involved in an experiment without your consent. You do not need to know why you feel this is happening to share your account.
You associate what you are experiencing with frequency-based effects, directed energy, or other outside interference with your thoughts, senses, or body.
You use terms such as remote neural monitoring, V2K, or synthetic telepathy to describe your experiences. The questionnaire gives you room to explain what those terms mean to you.
Your experience may not fit a familiar label. You can describe what happens, how often, and how certain you feel about your explanation. Technical knowledge or documentation is not required.
This intake focuses on experiences people associate with frequency-related effects. If your account is limited to people following, watching, or harassing you in your surroundings, it falls outside the focus of this particular participant program.
The Neuro Frequency Investigation Initiative is a project of Cognitive Freedom Coalition. We collect participant accounts to help develop research questions and connect them with investigative institutions and universities.
The questionnaire records your experience and your understanding of it. Sharing an account is a starting point for investigation.
Share your account, your certainty, your general location, and how to contact you. You will also find questions that help plan a safe evaluation for you and the researchers.
Read how your information may be used and shared. Sharing your name and email with institutions is a separate, optional choice.
After submission, your record receives a tracking number. We show it on screen and send an email confirmation so you can refer to your account later.
Study evaluations take place in person. Invitations will explain the location, arrangements, and what taking part involves. Joining the registry does not guarantee a study place or an evaluation near you, and travel funding is not promised.
You can consider each invitation before deciding. Every study requires its own information and separate consent.
Participation is voluntary. You can stop before submitting, decline a later invitation, or ask us to update or withdraw your record.
Your questionnaire is stored for authorized review, not posted publicly. The form explains sharing with investigative institutions and universities before you consent. It asks for general location only, with no street address.
